The advantage of these particular doors is that the molded fiberglass panels are completely seamless and without gaps, non-porous, non-shedding, non-af0 bsorptive and highly durable. Able to withstand fingerprints, fading and even corrosion, these power operated doors are both efficient and effective.

Requiring no painting or finishing at all, the fiberglass panels that our doors are comprised of have a smooth, gel coat and are constructed with impact resistant, premium quality resins. Aside from being aesthetically pleasing, the gel coat is extremely durable, 100% resistant to corrosion and can withstand repeated washes with chemical cleaning agents.

While most of our doors can be customized in size, below is the standard size:

Panel construction:

  • Each panel is constructed from seamless, 1-3/4” thick molded fiberglass with a polyester gel coat finish that is non-porous, non-shedding and non-absorptive
  • The foam core is high-density, closed cell poured in place polyurethane
  • Internal steel backing plates are used to reinforce all hardware locations
  • For extra strength and protection, 20 ga stainless steel edge capping is added
  • While other colors are available upon request, all doors come in white as standard

Frame construction:

  • 16 ga 304 #4 stainless steel fully welded and polished through frame face and throat
  • Construction can be either single or double rabbet
  • All frames are made ready for a variety of hardware options


  • Grade 1 architectural hardware standard: Hager BB1191 standard weight stainless steel fully mortised hinges
  • LCN 4041 heavy-duty closer
  • Stainless steel push/pull hardware
  • Frame mounted, three-sided bulb type perimeter gasket and bottom sweep gasket

Performance features:

  • With mechanical spring close, power operation uses an electromechanical operator, microprocessor controlled in 120-volt, single phase.
  • The operator is fully enclosed in a 16 ga #4 stainless steel sloping shroud
  • Threshold and swing side obstruction detection is afforded with overhead presence sensors
  • The push plate enables door opening and delayed closing
  • The door can be operated manually in the event of a power failure
